Shipping Process Information
Shipping charges vary:
- by destination and shipping method and
- order total
AERISCO has two logistical warehouses with different shipping methods.
Shipping cost will be automatically added to your order when you check out with our convenient "Calculate Shipping Rates" feature. Simply update your Country and state/province and select desired shipping method.
This concept include handling and insurance.
PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TIMELINE
AERISCO makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are typically shipped the same day. Orders must be placed by 2.30pm to ship the same day (** Fridays: by 1.30pm).
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS & RESTRICTIONS
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of carrier company.
Orders are shipped on only business days (Monday—Friday). Orders will not ship on Spain national holidays. Please factor in all holidays when estimating delivery times.
Please allow 24 hours processing before your order is shipped.
NOTIFICATIONS & EMAILS
After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a list of the products you ordered, the shipping address and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced in case you have any questions, concerns, or if you would like to request a change to your order.
You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This will list the status of all items ordered, date of processing, shipping method, and most likely include a tracking number.
AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS
At checkout, update your country and state/province, then you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order, from the drop-down menu underneath "warehouse shipping cost" line.
Your total Shipping & Handling charge is computed automatically from the available choices.
The shipping cost is dependent upon your location, order total and the shipping method.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Carrier company delivers Monday through Friday.

Shipping cost is dependent upon total weight/volume. The methods: Correos and Nacex.
- European Union
If the shipping cost is not calculated on cart page for your country/state, or you want we check it manually, please register a customer account and contact us providing the references of the products you want. We'll generate manually a proforma invoice (VAT exempted if your VAT no. is valid) detailing the shipping cost.
