What does "refurbished" mean?Refurbished products are products originally purchased and returned by customers because the product may not have been working properly. The returned products are sent back to either an original manufacturer, our wholesale provider, a third-party refurbishment company or our own in-house repair center where they can usually be restored to like-new condition. Refurbished products are sold at a significant savings versus the cost of the same product brand new. Are refurbished products tested to make sure they work properly?Yes. Regardless of the reason for their return, refurbished products are inspected by professional technicians who first troubleshoot and then perform any necessary repairs to ensure full functionality. |
